I paid for the app and I still can’t figure out why it was changed to unsafe either. The app is now listing “Olea europaea” as unsafe for me. But no explanation as to why. I’ve seen the app generally reference the problem was probably chemicals used to extract ingredients as being the source of allergen, but this one doesn’t say. I’m happy you posted. I thought I was going crazy — it was changed to not safe for me too. Unfortunately, I have a slight rash on my forehead. I was thinking maybe the change of weather or something I ate. But I will likely have to stop using it. Ugh.

I love this soap, and have used it for some time. Recently, I checked with the manufacturer to see if their formulation has changed, and they responded that, "We make our unscented organic olive oil soaps with the same formulation and process that we have used for the past twelve years. Nothing has changed." For years, SkinSafe has indicated the Penns Hill unscented olive oil soap is safe for me, yet now all of a sudden, the same product is listed as unsafe for me, and to learn why (what ingredient it is) will not be revealed unless I pay SkinSafe money for the premium service. This seems very wrong. Grossly inconsistent, and typical of an AI interface since other products with olive oil as an ingredient are still deemed safe for me. Why is this?
Hang tight. We're thinking.
