Hi - Sorry to hear about your reaction. Even though a product is rated as safe, there can always be a chance of an ingredient or ingredients that can cause a reaction. This particular product is rated as NOT irritant free because of the citric acid in the product. I would encourage you to tag this product as having a reaction.

Although this product is on my list of products that are free of my allergens. I just used it and my face is tingling, itching and turning red.
