I used the old “blue bottle” formula with great success. When I reordered I didn’t check the ingredients list even though the packaging had changed. My skin broke out significantly until I thought to check ingredients and stopped using the product immediately. No sodium benzoate for me, please!

This was a great product for me in its original formula; however, the formula has changed to include sodium benzoate, as CPVBERG mentioned in 2021. The new ingredients are listed on the Cleure website now. The "bottle art" has changed as well -- I got one of the last blue-branded bottles; now it is an orange band across the toner bottle.

These are still the correct ingredients as of May 2022. I spoke with Cleure to confirm. They did say that there was a brief mislabeling which indicated Alpha Hydroxy Acid in the ingredients but that ingredient was never actually in the product. They provide this information on their website as well.
