They are derived from corn or wheat but AG uses an FDA approved process called hydrolysis where they extract the allergen causing amino acid. And so by FDA standards AND international standards the products are considered gluten free. Also gluten containing skin care and hair care products do not pose a threat to celiacs unless they are ingested.

Hi - it's because the Hydroxypropyl starch​ phosphate can be derived from corn or wheat.

This product states that it is gluten free but you do not show that it is - why?
